* Setup Fee: All account Setup Fees are one time charges per individual SMSC account or for add-on options.

** Message Fees: 'MT', 'Out' or 'Outbound' are messages that originated and were sent from the SMSC to the mobile user phone. 'MO', 'In' or 'Inbound' are messages originating from the mobile user and received by the SMSC.

*** Shared Short Codes: Customers are required to choose a keyword that differentiates their program from other programs. Multiple keyword options are available.

**** Dedicated Short Codes Only: Setup Fee is per each short code. T-Mobile registration is an additional $500 setup. Fees do not include the required CSCA registration. Standard CSCA program approval process and timeframe applies.

***** Semi-Dedicated routing options may only be applied to a Shared Short Code account.

Additional support options are available for customers that require immediate technical support.

Customers are allowed to move up to a higher plan at any time, however billing will be effective for the current month and will not be prorated.

Message delivery times through the Aerialink Network Gateway average between two seconds and four seconds, however these message times are not guaranteed since they depend on all related carrier networks for delivery to the user.

Aerialink will assist with all Dedicated Short Code Program account applications. Customers must provide a valid credit card to activate their SMSC account. All details and requirements will be provided upon account activation and during the provisioning process. Aerialink does not allow non-opt-in programs or any unsolicited mobile messaging programs. Aerialink reserves the right to reject and or terminate any account that does not meet the appropriate use guidelines defined by Aerialink or other wireless communications organizations such as, but not limited, to the CTIA and FCC.
