Rich Scanlon


Rich is Aerialink’s and CSF’s chief executive officer, responsible for day-to-day operations and growing the business.

Prior to joining Aerialilnk® and CSF, Rich was director of Business Operations at Medallia, a leading customer experience management SaaS company. He was chief operating officer of RPM Worldwide Inc., one of the largest private concert marketing/ promotions companies on the East Coast. He started his business career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on large transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.

Rich received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to receiving his MBA, Rich played five years in the National Football League as a linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans, and New York Giants. Rich completed his undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in physiology.

Chris Currie


Chris is the founder and former CEO of Aerialink, Inc., a company he started in 2002 which was acquired by CSF with Alpine Investors in March of 2017. Now the President of Aerialink, Chris oversees Aerialink’s technology and business operations with over twenty years of leadership experience in the enterprise mobile, telecommunications, cloud and IT industries.

Prior to Aerialink, Chris was a Director of Services at SupportSoft servicing large Telco’s and cable communications companies such as Bell South, Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, and Verizon. His extensive enterprise experience and long-time career in IT adds to his credibility to lead Aerialink both from a technology and business operations aspect.

Chris holds a Bachelor degree from Marycrest University in Iowa.

Lauren King


Lauren is the EVP of Sales & Business Development at CSF Corporation.

Before joining CSF Corporation, Lauren served as the General Manager of Sales for Pinsight Media, a subsidiary of Sprint whose clients included LG, Samsung, Ryder Systems, 99Cents Stores, and others. At Pinsight, Lauren was responsible for hiring, coaching, and leading the national sales team. Lauren has also served as both Sprint’s and Virgin Mobile’s representative to the CTIA and MMA cross-carrier industry groups.

Lauren has over 15 years’ experience in business development, sales, team leadership, and product management within the telecoms industry. He holds a Bachelors of Science in computer science and mathematics from Coppin State University and a Masters of Science in information systems management from Carnegie Mellon University.


Tevis Mahar's portrait

Tevis Mahar


Tevis is Senior Director, Product Enablement – Messaging. She is responsible for the Aerialink Go To Market (GTM) strategy for all product offerings and driving the successful launch, marketing and adoption of existing products and future innovations.

She has over 20 years of experience in solution sales and marketing, product management and new product innovation. Tevis served as Director, Business Development, for enterprise-class solutions at 4CS, Inc. She was responsible for transitioning the company from an IT outsourcing business to a SaaS product company, where she helped incubate and grow the business during its early stages. PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC) acquired the Illinois-based company in 2011.

Tevis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California.


James Glaser's portrait

James Glaser


James Glaser is the Director of Product and Architecture for Aerialink.

He has over 20 years experience leading software development teams and IT operations. Most recently he served as the Assistant VP of Information Technology for the Marco Group International, LLC. James brings a wealth of business and technology experience to the team.

James holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Graphics with an emphasis in web development from Marycrest University in Davenport, Iowa.


John Reasons's portrait

John Reasons


John Reasons is the Director of Operations at Aerialink.

His background includes over 16 years of experience in enterprise software, customer service, professional services, and call center operations. In recent years, John focused his efforts on application hosting and network operations and has become an expert in AWS cloud services. His broad experience also included managing an operations budget for 15 different product offerings with associated hosting, licensing, service contract and contractor management responsibilities.

Danielle Rangel is the Director of Finance, Customer & Supplier Relations.

She has over ten years of experience in Finance. She has previously worked as the CFO at the privately owned Keller Williams Realty office and served as the Treasury and Finance Analyst at Lansing Trade Group LLC, based in Overland Park, KS.
