Account administration and testing made easy.
The Aerialink platform portal compliments the core gateway services with a broad range of features that help you work more efficiently with our self-service tools. You can access the web-based administration portal to manage your users, API credentials, and business phone numbers; view activity reports; configure account settings; send tests, and much more.
This tool enables you to generate unique API authentication credentials for your SMPP and HTTP connections. It allows for better management and security for provisioning access to Aerialink API resources. You can add new credentials, edit their descriptions, as well as regenerate and remove them.
The API Console is the quickest way to get started with the Aerialink API Gateway. It provides a web-based interface to replicate the actions for sending SMS messages or doing a number lookup through our REST API, and then view the responses in JSON or XML. It allows you to test real business phone numbers without requiring you to interface the API with your application.
You can monitor and view recent transactions and delivery receipts to gain insights into message delivery using various report filters or download these transactions in CSV file format. Activity reports are a great tool for troubleshooting.
Using a business number that is local to your area and easy to remember is part of making a good first impression with your customers. You can search our U.S. numbers by city and state or area code (NPA), and then assign the numbers to your connection for live SMS messaging in 15 minutes or less.
A quick way to check delivery is to send an SMS or MMS from any of the numbers on your account to a destination.
You can stay compliant by using this tool to tailor your HELP and STOP keyword auto-replies at your account, connection, or number level.
Enable this configuration setting to ensure that opted-out users don't unintentionally receive messages from you. Use the “Outbound Blocks” tool to view the list of opted-out users and unblock their numbers as needed.
Aerialink can configure multiple connections on one account. Everyday usage scenarios for adding more than one connection include using one connection for your development server and one for your production server, or using one connection for HTTP and one for SMPP.
